Yo! I’m Jordan Alexander, a Detroit-based 22 year old recent graduate of Western Michigan University. Last year, I received my BBA in Advertising & Promotion. Since then, I’ve worked as an intern for a Black-owned advertising agency where I honed my skills in brand marketing, strategic planning, and production. Outside of the field, I am an upcoming artist by the name of XX.DANJOR (check out my music on all platforms). In my free time, I enjoy being active, reading books, and playing chess. Happy to be here!

Quiet as kept, I was always getting into some type of trouble as a kid. I was too curious for my own good. But that’s a story for another time. My parents’ punishment: writing a one-page paper apologizing for my actions. Needless to say, I got pretty acquainted with those, and how to write with intention.

Years later, here I am. Still curious, still pursuing truth with my pen.

Jackie is a writer, explorer, and cultural storyteller who lives for the moment a great idea finally exists in the world and everything it takes to get it there. She’s here to close the gap between what’s brilliant and what actually breaks through.
She travels the world sharing places through her eyes. She also excavates the Black stories history overlooked as well as her own – through poetry, immersive experiences, and content that makes people ask “why didn’t I know this?”
When she’s not building, you can find her watching basketball, trying new hobbies, or dissecting why certain things just work.

Hey, I’m Hailey McMannen, a Charlotte-born creative based in DC and a Howard University alumna with a background in media, journalism, and film.

I’m a daydreamer at heart, drawn to ideas that live at the intersection of writing and visuals. With experience across campaign copy, social media, and creative direction, I bring a strong conceptual eye and a sharp sense of language to every project. I’m especially interested in work that amplifies underrepresented perspectives and turns ideas into narratives people actually connect with.

Jordan Mighty

My name is Jordan Mighty (a name hard to forget in my opinion) and I’m from Chicago, Illinois. I used to think I was just overthinker until I realized I could put my thoughts on paper. Now it’s the way I process and create ideas. A good chunk of life I’ve dedicated to communications, but I love nature and my hobbies more than I show. Animals calm me, love spending time near the water and I have a growing passion of owning a bakery.

Hailing from Providence RI, Lana is a multidisciplinary writer, creative lead and hospitality professional with a background in music, English (MFA in Creative Writing) and copywriting. Currently based in the south, Lana is finding ways to braid her different creative flows into one.
