You must be based in the US to apply, but you do not have to be a citizen. You must be 18+ by the start of the course. You cannot attend ONE School if you are already enrolled in, or have completed, portfolio school or a similar program.
We run 4 schools each year. Atlanta and Chicago in fall and Los Angeles and New York in spring. You do not need to live in the area of the school you attend, just make sure you can make the time zone work.
Each program accepts a maximum of 15 students. The course is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 PM for 16 weeks (depending on where holidays fall). Classes start at 6 PM and run for 2-3 hours. You are expected to attend all sessions. You will be expected to work hard. If you like to spend your evenings taking long baths and binge-watching then this probably isn’t the course for you.
