The Curriculum
ONE School runs for 16 weeks, 2 nights a week. Throughout the program you will work on 10 briefs designed to get you thinking way beyond traditional advertising. You will hone your copywriting and art direction skills but you will also focus on developing the conceptual thinking skills you need to come up with the big, modern, exciting ideas at the intersection of advertising, culture and technology.
Week Structure
Tuesday:
This is lecture night where you get face time with some of the ad industry’s most creative people. CCOs, ECDs and CDs will share what they think it takes to create great work and succeed in the ad industry. This is your chance to ask questions, take notes and get some career-changing advice.
Thursday:
This is tutorial night. You will dive deep into the specific disciplines of the curriculum and you will get the brief of the week. You will also get feedback on the previous week’s work. These are hands-on, intensive sessions focused on giving you the creative tools you need to create a killer book.

After the final brief, you will have 3 weeks to craft your final book before submitting it for judging. During this time you will have a designated mentor who will give you regular feedback and guidance on creating a winning book.

Once submitted, your portfolio will be judged by some of the biggest names in the industry. The top 3 students will receive awards.

Placement
Throughout the course you will be introduced to the agencies and brands looking for exceptional, young creative talent. You will meet CCOs, agency owners, talent scouts and more. Our goal is 60 students, 60 great books, 60 jobs.
