My creative journey began with a love for music, beat making, and songwriting. Rooted in gospel and jazz, I’m an old soul but a child at heart who finds that my best work just feels like play.

I somehow found my passion for graphic design 2 years into college at FSU studying IT, toiling away at Photoshop during lectures. My eye for timeless, nostalgic, yet fresh design is at the core of my work.

I bring all of these disparate creative endeavors and perspectives into my art direction. There’s nothing more exciting for me than creating something that invokes a visceral feeling and inspires others to take action.

Ebony [Eb] is a creative from Bristol, PA who has a background in photography, visual arts, education and storytelling. She is currently a Content Specialist, supporting social impact organizations. Her mission is to be an advocate for the marginalized and push the envelope toward liberation. You can usually find her digging in crates between thrift stores, most likely on roller skates with cam in hand.

Ty Lance West is a self-taught, multi-disciplinary artist exploring short-form storytelling through a meld of live action footage, animation and lyrical expression. With a background in psychology, fictional prose and graphic design, Ty’s has found animation and ‘art that moves’ to be a compelling playground for his stories of and insights on identity-building, Black resilience, and our shared human experience.

Aliko is a 26 year old, trans, first generation America, jewish, POC of Caribbean, french, and mediterranean decent.

Along with his branding, website, photography and videography business, Aliko is also the founder and director of U Productions, and Expansion Festival. As a seasoned event producer and seasoned designer, he puts his skills to use daily to carve out spaces for our humanity. That can mean dance, grief, joy, etc. in the forms of space curation, experience curation, design, photography and more.

In his free time he enjoys playing and listening to music, dancing, doing yoga, spending time in nature, traveling, and learning about somatic therapy, architecture, and spirituality.

I believe in the power of creativity to inspire, heal and connect. I jump at an opportunity to grow creatively from conception to execution, which is how I’ve fine tuned many skills and got deemed a “secret weapon” by former colleagues.

I thrive in digital and experiential spaces. I have technical knowledge of equipment and softwares, and am constantly experimenting with new ones.

Jasmine Williams is a textile artist and writer living in Brooklyn, New York. She enters the advertising world after spending the last six years working in a variety of NYC industries, including sustainable fashion, fine art, and video production. She has been lucky enough to learn from a diverse array of employers such as Mara Hoffman, The Untitled Space, and D’Addario & Co. Her textile work has been featured on the stages of Alvin Ailey Dance Theater and the New York City Ballet.

She was recently tapped to be a guest speaker at Contagious Magazine’s 2020 festival.In the Before Times, you could catch her watching live music or attempting to try every Ethiopian restaurant within the five boroughs. These days, spot her jogging through Fort Greene park, filming roof sunsets, or roller-skating in empty school zones.

Kali is multimedia artist, curator and teacher from West Philadelphia. She has been a photographer since she was 16 years old and a graphic designer for one year. Kali has extended her creative eye into various stages and parts of life some of her biggest accomplishments being studying abroad in France for photography and painting, curating her very own solo show “Reawakening” in 2019, and having that work in residency at the Philadelphia Photo Arts Center in 2020. Along side her independent creative endeavors Kali is currently a fifth grade girls teacher working with “The University of Rap” an organization that strives to provide music scholarship and educational philanthropy by connecting artists with students to bridge the gap between community services and academic achievement. Kali plans to continue to be of service to her community through progressive, and unique forms of expression.

I am pleased to introduce myself as Ian Williams. The city of Richmond, Virginia, is where I developed my passion for communication and creation. As a former college athlete, I have a strong sense of competitiveness in everything I do. When I apply that to my professional career, I realize that there is no such thing as an obstacle when you have the right people around you.

My desire is to pursue innovative and creative endeavors. As a communications professional with experience in strategic communications, creative, sales, and public relations, I can contribute significantly to any message, but as a person who strives to create visibility for all. I want to align myself with the right team.

I am motivated and driven by identifying fresh approaches and improving solutions to create ways to represent people who fly under the radar. In every professional position I have held, I have made an impression. The foundation of success lies in determination. As a professional, I aim to bring different perspectives and use unique techniques while remaining a student of the profession and the world to enable businesses to evolve and grow. My goal is to find messages that resonate with an audience and combine perspectives.

Hello, I’m Kenya! Currently a Public Relations professional and soon-to-be Art Director. Throughout my relatively brief career, I’ve had the unique opportunity to work in various sectors: Fashion, Sorority, Nonprofit, and Government. However, art has always been a passion of mine. Growing up as a military child, I moved around frequently, but art was always there for me. My love for art continued into adulthood, where I am still exploring new artistic mediums and innovative ways to express myself. This passion has led me to pursue a more creative career, and with the help of ONE School, I can make my dream a reality.

My name is Jordan Wright. I’m an art director who loves good stories and a good cup of tea. I earned my BFA in Art and Design from Columbia College Chicago (class of ’15) and have continued to perfect my craft in the time since.

I’ve always been a thoughtful person. As a black, queer, woman, I aim to create meaningful experiences that make people feel seen.

My creativity fuels my passions. You can often find me experimenting with makeup or making a mess in the kitchen. I also love the challenge of learning new things and typically spend my free time playing video games and practicing Korean.

Hi, I’m Kaleb I would start by saying I’m a copywriter (which I am), but I’d like to think of myself as more of a true creative and storyteller at heart. I hadn’t always realized the power of strong storytelling but once I did there was no going back. Being able to express the vastness of the human experience is something that fuels me to configure the never-ending puzzle of life and the meaning behind it all.
